Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Candor, including the rules that apply when you publish content and use public community features.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://example.com and related services (the "Service") operated as Candor ("Candor", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. The Service+
Candor is a platform for discovering online formations, reading and publishing reviews, participating in discussions, and maintaining a public contributor profile.
The Service includes user-generated content such as reviews, comments, ratings, formation pages, profile pages, and related discovery features.
2. Eligibility+
You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
The Service is not intended for children under 16. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.
3. Accounts and access+
To access certain features, you may need to sign in with a supported third-party login provider, such as Google.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, controlling access to your device and login credentials, and ensuring your account information is reasonably accurate.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe your account has been used in breach of these Terms or creates legal, security, or trust risks.
4. Usernames, display names, and pseudonymous publishing+
When you create an account, you may choose a public username and public display name.
Candor is designed around public, pseudonymous participation. Reviews, comments, and certain profile activity may be shown publicly under your chosen username or display name rather than your legal name.
You must not choose a username or display name that impersonates another person or organization, is misleading, infringes another person's rights, or is abusive, hateful, or unlawful.
5. Public content and visibility+
The Service includes public-facing pages and public user-generated content.
By using publishing features on Candor, you understand that reviews and comments may be visible to other users and to the public, your public username and display name may appear alongside your contributions, and public content may be indexed by search engines.
Public content may remain visible in cached, archived, or indexed copies for some time even after removal from the Service.
Public availability does not mean Candor endorses, verifies, or adopts any particular review, comment, opinion, or rating.
6. Reviews, comments, and community participation+
You may be allowed to submit reviews, comments, votes, reports, and other community content.
When you submit content to Candor, you agree that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge, reflects genuine experience or commentary where applicable, does not intentionally mislead others, and does not include unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or privacy-violating material.
You should not include sensitive personal data in content you make public.
You remain responsible for the content you submit. Candor may apply product rules to certain actions, including limits on editing, deleting, or voting on content.
7. Prohibited conduct+

- impersonating another person, brand, or organization
- submitting false, manipulated, coordinated, or misleading reviews
- harassing, threatening, abusing, or intimidating others

Candor may allow users to vote on content, report content, and participate in moderation-related workflows.
Reports are reviewed according to our internal processes and priorities. Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed, restricted, or changed.
Candor may, at its discretion, investigate, limit, de-rank, hide, label, edit, remove, or retain content, and may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary for trust, safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
9. Content removal, edits, and deletion+
You may be able to edit or delete certain content through the Service, subject to product rules and technical limitations.
Even if content is deleted or removed, records may remain in backups, logs, or moderation systems for a limited period, search engines or third parties may retain cached or archived copies, and comments or discussion structures may retain limited placeholders where needed to preserve thread integrity.
Candor may also preserve internal records of removed content where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce policies, or comply with legal obligations.
10. Formation listings and third-party references+
Candor may include formation pages, provider names, instructor names, brand references, URLs, and related descriptive information submitted by users or maintained by the platform.
Candor does not guarantee that all formation-related information is complete, current, or error-free.
The inclusion of a formation, provider, or link on the Service does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation unless we state this explicitly.
If you believe a listing is inaccurate or infringes your rights, you may contact us at contact@example.com.
11. User content ownership and license+
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Candor, subject to any rights necessary for us to operate the Service.
By submitting content to Candor, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, format, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, improve, promote, moderate, and provide the Service, including public display, previews, excerpts, discovery features, and search indexing.
This license ends within a commercially reasonable time after your content is permanently removed from the Service, except to the extent the content has already been shared, indexed, archived, retained in backups, or retained for legal, security, moderation, or compliance reasons.
12. Intellectual property+
The Service, including its design, branding, software, layout, and non-user-generated content, is owned by Candor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. Feedback+
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or product proposals, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Creator waitlist+
Candor may offer a creator waitlist or similar early-access forms.
Participation in a waitlist does not guarantee access to a feature, a launch date, a business relationship, or future pricing or feature availability.
We may contact waitlist participants in connection with the waitlist or related product development.
15. No endorsement; reviews and ratings disclaimer+
Candor hosts opinions, experiences, and commentary provided by users.
Reviews, ratings, and comments reflect the views of the users who submitted them. Candor does not guarantee that any review, rating, or statement is accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your needs.
Candor does not guarantee that a reviewer purchased, attended, completed, or otherwise fully participated in any formation unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for evaluating information on the Service and making your own decisions before purchasíng, enrolling in, or relying on any formation, provider, or recommendation.
16. Third-party services and links+
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, providers, products, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content will always be available, that content will be accurate or up to date, or that the Service will always be secure or free from harmful components.
